What You Need to Learn About Hazard-Free Waste Disposal

Prohibited Materials

Waste containing any hazardous substances as defined by applicable local, state, and federal laws and/or regulations can't be accepted:

  • Liquids of Any Kind
  • Aerosols
  • Animal Carcasses
  • Asbestos
  • Batteries
  • Bio-Hazard/Medical Waste
  • Chemicals (Liquid or Powder)
  • Dirt/Rock/Concrete or Heavy Material (Large Amounts)
  • Fixtures Containing Mercury
  • Fuels (Gas, Diesel, or Propane)
  • Paint/Stains (Oil or Water Base)
  • Pesticides/Poisons
  • Petroleum Products
  • Tanks of Any Kind, Propane/Oxygen (Even if Empty)

Passenger car tires are accepted but subject to a $5.00 charge per tire.

Loading and Safety

  • When loading the Junk Wagon/Roll-Off, be sure to load it so the weight is evenly distributed.
  • We will do our best to place the Junk Wagon/Roll-Off where it is convenient to load, and it does not create a safety hazard, if the Junk Wagon/Roll-Off needs to be moved, you must call us to move it. (Subject to trip charge)
  • All items must be completely inside the Junk Wagon/Roll-Off, with nothing hanging over the top rail.
  • (Must be water level or below) The rear gate must be closed and latched.
  • Use caution when opening and closing the rear door or tailgate. Never climb on the Junk Wagon/Roll-Off.
  • Overloaded materials may have to be unloaded to ensure proper tarping of load for safe travel.
  • Each Junk Wagon/Roll-Off has a weight limit (6000 lb.), please do not overload with excessive amounts of heavy waste material such as large amounts of dirt, rocks, concrete, bricks, etc.
  • All items are preferred to be loaded by hand, please use caution when using machinery.
  • Only the company staff is allowed to operate the tarp systems on the Junk Wagons/Roll-Offs.
  • As the customer renting/leasing the Junk Wagon/Roll-Off, you are responsible for the safety of yourself as well as others around you and any damages to the equipment other than normal wear and tear.
